An unlicensed Milford man has been summoned to court following a traffic stop in Needham.Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection Chestnut and Chapel Street on Tuesday after a motorist made an illegal right turn.The operator, a 39-year-old man, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license.The Milford native will appear in Dedham District Court for two violations.
