Our culinary inspiration and much of our produce come directly from Saltbox Farm, Chef Ben's family farm built in Concord, Massachusetts in the 1940s by his grandparents. With ingredients grown right on the farm, and other local businesses, we are proud to uphold Concord’s agricultural heritage, cultivating a sustainable future. Our team serves the greater Boston area, the Berkshires, Cape Cod, and beyond, including New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, and Vermont. Those marching in the parade will begin gathering around 1 p.m. and step-off is at 2 p.m. Once the parade kicks off, it will march down Washington Street into Newtonville, turn right onto Walnut Street and then another right onto Watertown Street. The parade will end at Coletti-Magni Park at the corner of Bridge Street and Watertown Street. Following the parade, there will be a community cookout held at Pellegrini Park on Hawthorn Street from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
