Neighbor Complains About Night Time Yard Work

The following is an excerpt from the Peabody Police log from Tuesday through Wednesday afternoon.

  • At 7:31 p.m. Tuesday, a resident of Lowman Circle complained about a neighbor who lets her dog run into his yard. The neighbor said the dog got out when her young child opened the door.
  • At 8:02 p.m. Tuesday, Tatiana Nosyryeva,41, 7221 Crane Brook Way, Peabody, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol.
  • At 11:15 p.m. Tuesday, police broke up a fight in the hallway of a Foster Street apartment building.
  • At 11:38 p.m. Tuesday, a resident of Fulton Street reported her neighbor was doing lawn work and being loud. When police arrived the resident said they were finished and just putting the trash out for the night.
  • At 8:38 a.m. Wednesday, police issued a summons on charges of domestic assault and battery after a fight between a father and son.
  • At 11:06 a.m. Wednesday, police arrested Melissa Whittum, 37, 42B Farmstead Road, Farmington, N.H. and Ryan Stacy, 35, 173 Mast Road, Dover, N.H., on warrants out of Lawrence and Newburyport courts for drug possession. The arrests were made at Lahey Clinic.
  • At 1:36 p.m. Wednesday, a Fulton Street resident complained about people walking their dogs and "using her yard as a bathroom." The resident did not witness any dogs on her property but found waste on the sidewalk. Police advised her they could not take action without having the offending dog owner's information.
