Police Settle Neighborhood Dispute Over Balls

The following is an excerpt from the Peabody Police log from Saturday through Sunday.
- At 2:32 p.m. Saturday, the Department of Public Works was notified of a tree branch down on Bartholomew Street.
- At 3:45 p.m. Saturday, a person was transported to the hospital after a motor vehicle crash on Andover Street.
- At 5:45 p.m. Saturday, Dana A. Michaud, 47, 7 Lisa Road, Peabody, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license. The owner of the car was summonsed on charges of not having an inspection sticker and allowing an unlicensed person to drive his car.
- At 11:50 p.m. Saturday, Michael A. Fellows, 28, 80 Washington Street, Peabody, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.
- Police arrested Edward James Robinson, 45, 232 Swan Pond Road, North Reading, at 12:31 a.m. Sunday on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
- At 12:10 p.m. Sunday, police resolved a dispute over balls between two neighbors on Batchelder Avenue. One neighbor agreed to give the other neighbor the balls back, police said.
