Burgin Parkway Partially Closed After Car Crashed Into Pole
Burgin Parkway is closed from Dimmock Street to Adams Street in both directions, and a driver was hospitalized with "serious injuries."

QUINCY, MA — A driver has been hospitalized with "serious injuries" after crashing into a pole on Burgin Parkway, and the accident has caused that street to close in both directions.
As of 4:48 p.m. Monday, Burgin Parkway is closed from Dimmock Street to Adams Street, Quincy Police said, so a Crash Reconstruction Unit can investigate.
Drivers are encouraged to seek an alternate route.

The accident was a single-vehicle crash and the driver was taken to Boston Medical Center, police said.
