On Feb. 15, around 6:30 p.m., emergency crews responded to the area of Taffrail Road in Quincy after receiving reports of shots fired.
When officers got to the scene, they found a man, later identified as Paul, who appeared to have been shot inside a car while driving and drove off before crashing a little further up the road, police said.
Paul was taken to Boston Medical Center where he later died, officials said. An investigation ensued and two weeks later, Harris was placed under arrest in connection to the shooting.
"This investigation remains active and ongoing, with Massachusetts State Police detectives assigned to the District Attorney's Office working closely with Quincy Police and law enforcement partners both regionally and nationally," Morrissey said.
The closed juvenile arraignments are expected to happen Tuesday in Quincy District Court.
Police are asking anyone with information on Diaz-Romero to contact them immediately.
