I want to give a huge SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS THAT ARE IN QUINCY POINT AREA. Removing aging water pipes since June 9, 2025 and still at it as of this day!
They have treated its Street Residents with respect and courtesy while excavating the whole street and making sure each household has fresh city water while removing those old pipes! I have documented a photo diary to show my admiration of those hard working construction workers doing in my opinion an amazing job throughout this summer!
They all worked well in assisting its residents in and out of their properties while doing extensive digging with heavy machinery!

I have watched them daily and try to thank them when I can and grateful that this improvement will benefit Quincy for decades to come. I Thank the Office of the Mayor and Mayor
KOCH plus my City Councilman RICHARD ASH for all their help, including putting signage on Oak street less than 24 hours to alleviate Parking Issues from this construction! | Thank the Quincy Police Officer that witnessed the issue and informed the right Department to place a signage and COUNCILMAN ASH FOR PROMPT ACTION!

This location and workers worked very hard daily among the hottest days in Quincy yet each worked diligently to bring a safe and necessary work here!
The Supervisor Dan was at the sight and very helpful to its residents including myself!
THANK YOU!
With all the construction going on around other parts of Quincy, there are delays or disruptions but these are all necessary for the betterment of this City!
A little inconvenience for the upgrades is not an issue for me but look to the future for a better quality of life in Quincy!
Keep up the great work! Be safe!
