Roslindale Resident Scares Away Suspects Going Through Cars

A Roslindale resident was able to yell at two suspects, who then jumped in their getaway car and rode off.

 

A Beech Street resident was awoken by his dog barking, which alerted the man to two suspects rifling through vehicles outside.

Around 5:31 a.m. on Oct. 28, Boston Police spoke with a victim who said he saw two males around his wife's car. The victim told police a third man was behind the wheel of a getaway vehicle, according to a Boston Police report.

The victim said he went outside to investigate and noticed the suspects had gone through his wife's car, but that it didn't look like anything was missing.

He then noticed the two suspects in his neighbor's vehicle at 209 Beech Street in the driveway. The man then yelled at the two suspects, who ran away, jumping into their getaway vehicle and driving off.

The suspects allegedly stole two boxes with medical equipment from the neighbor's vehicle.
