Police said Emma Fraser has been "reunited with her family in good health."Fraser was reported missing Thursday after voluntarily leaving the Lowell Street area in Somerville, police said. She is described as white, approximately 4 feet 9 inches tall, and was last seen wearing a black and white zippered hoodie, black stretch pants and black sneakers. Fraser's family has not been able to locate her.
