SOMERVILLE, MA — The City of Somerville is warning residents of possible water and sewer billing issues this month.
The Water and Sewer Department is currently undergoing hardware and software upgrades, causing some errors with residents’ bills, the city said.
“If you believe there is an error with your bill, we apologize and ask that you email water@somervillema.gov with your account number, address, a description of the potential error, a copy of your bill, and a photo of the water meter showing the reading (and if possible, the serial number),” the city said in a statement.
