On Feb. 15, members of the Somerville Police Department Drug Control Unit caught a Dorchester man Friday with 11 bags of cocaine, according to allegations outlined in a police report. The report says detectives set up a sting operation as part of an ongoing investigation into a residence in Winter Hill that was allegedly serving as a base for a cocaine distribution operation.
