Army's Newest Shelter Technology On Display in Sudbury
The display was to help bring awareness to the Lt. Scott Milley Memorial Project.
Resident Major Dennis Ford erected a state-of-the-art air beam shelter at Haskell Field the evening of July 29 that has replaced the traditional Army field tent.
Soldiers use this type of field shelter while deployed overseas. In addition there was a display of some of the equipment the Army uses to keep themselves safe in hazardous conditions.
The display was to help bring awareness of the Lt. Scott Milley Memorial Project,
which is in the process of constructing a reflection area at Willis Lake Beach.
