Framingham Man Faces 2nd OUI Charge in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on Nov. 2 resulted in the arrest of a Framingham resident.

According to the Sudbury police log, an officer on patrol on Nobscot Road pulled over a motorist just after 9 p.m.

After the officer completed an investigation, Joshua M. Prouty, 21, of 60 Edmunds Road, was arrested and charged with:

  • Operating under the influence (second offense);
  • Marked lanes violation.
He was released at 11:20 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Nov. 4.
