Landlords, Property Managers - Learn How to Make a Tobacco Free Property

Landlords, property managers and condo trustees are invited to learn how to make a tobacco-free property.

Topics covered will include: 

  • The latest market research onthe demand for smoke‐free properties.  
  • Receive basic legal advice and samplelease and condominium documents.  
  • Q&A sessions will follow each presentation.    

Healthy snacks will be provided and all attendees will be eligible to enter a drawing to win a basket of healthy goods.

The event is April 4, at the Brookline Department of Public Health, 11 Pierce St., Brookline in the Denny Room, Lower Level. Sessions run from noon to 1 p.m., 3 p.m.-4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

The workshop will be hosted by the Brookline Department of Public Health, is open to residents and property owners from Watertown and other towns.

The event, which is part of National Public Health Week, is co-sponsored by the Health Departments in Watertown, Arlington, Belmont and Newton.
