Watertown Man Killed During Charity Bike Ride in Maine
The 23-year-old man was hit by a truck while participating in a ride for the American Lung Association.

A charity ride ended in tragedy for a Watertown man, who was stuck and killed on Friday morning.
David LeClair, 23, was cycling along Rte. 2 in Hanover, Maine, at about 9 a.m. when the rear of a tractor-trailer truck struck him. He was killed instantly, Maine State Police told the Boston Globe.
The truck did not stop, and Maine State Police said they were not sure if the driver realized he had struck someone, according to the Globe report. A vehicle matching the description was stopped later, and police are questioning the driver, according to the report.
