Wayland Police say it was a reported disturbance that brought them to 26 Oak Hill Road in the earlymorning hours today, Friday. According to a Wayland Police Department press release, officers found a New Jersey man, John M. Cummings, 37, and arrested him for possession of two Class "A" drugs, crystal methamphetamine and PCP just before 3 a.m. He is to be brought to Framingham District Court to be arraigned. Officer Seanna Lombardo, Officer Mark Hebert and Sergeant Charles Akins are the arresting/investigating officers.
