Wayland Shredding Event Will Destroy Your Sensitive Documents
The town's semiannual shredding event happens this weekend at the transfer station.
WAYLAND, MA — The Wayland Department of Public Works will hold a document shredding event this week for all town residents.
The shredding event on Saturday will allow any resident with a 2024 transfer station sticker to bring sensitive documents to be destroyed. Residents will get to watch the documents being shredded on site.
Residents who don't have valid stickers can pay $10 to get into the shredding event, and also get one day of access to the transfer station. The transfer station is located at 484 Boston Post Road.
