Winter Breaks: Wayland School Calendar Dates To Know
When is winter break? What other holidays do the students and teachers have? Here's a look at the winter season calendar.
WAYLAND, MA—The kids and teachers are psyched. Parents, maybe not so much. But there are a number of calendar dates to note where school is out and the kids run free from classes.
Here are some notable dates on the Wayland public schools calendar this winter:
- Nov. 22 - Early release for Thanksgiving recess
- Nov. 23-24 - Thanksgiving break
- Dec. 22-Jan. 1 - Holiday recess (classes resume on Jan. 2)
- Jan. 12 - No school for The Children's Way
- Jan. 15 - No school, Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Feb. 7 - Early release day
- Feb. 19 - No school, Presidents' Day
- Feb. 16-25 - winter recess (classes resume Feb. 26)
