WORCESTER, MA — With construction season in full swing in Massachusetts, MassDOT will continue closures along the Mass Pike this week in Auburn and Millbury.

The work will take place each night this week starting around 9 p.m. and ending the next day at 5 a.m. Here's what to watch out for in the Worcester area, according to MassDOT:

Monday to Thursday in Auburn: When the I-90 ramp to I-395 southbound and I-290 eastbound is closed, traffic will be directed to follow the detour signage to Route 12 southbound in order to access the ramp to both I-395 southbound and I-290 eastbound.

Sunday to Thursday in Millbury: When the I-90 eastbound and westbound (exit 96) on-ramps from Route 122 to I-90 are closed, traffic will be directed to follow the detour signs and use Route 20 westbound in order to access I-90 at exit 94 (Route 146/Route 20).

Both projects involve bridge repairs, according to MassDOT, and were ongoing before the 2022-23 winter.
