11 Dogs Rescued From Animal Fighting Operation In Detroit
Some of the dogs were secured by 60 pounds of tow chain.
DETROIT, MI — Eleven dogs were rescued Wednesday from a suspected dog fighting operation in Detroit, according to reports.
The Michigan Humane Society and Detroit police executed two search warrants at a property on Detroit's east side near the intersection of Conant and 7 Mile, WXYZ reported.
The 11 dogs were removed, and authorities also found dog fighting paraphernalia at the location, WXYZ reported.Two of the dogs were secured by 60 pounds of tow chain, WXYZ reported.

The dogs are now at the humane society and are being evaluated.
