22K Without Power In Detroit Area After Severe Storms
Officials said DTE crews are working hard to quickly restore power to impacted customers.

METRO DETROIT — More than 22,000 were without power Monday morning after severe storms rolled through the area, according to DTE Energy.
The utility's outage map showed the outages scattered across the region with the highest concentrations in western Oakland County, Ann Arbor and southern Wayne County.
Officials said DTE crews are working hard to quickly restore power to impacted customers.

Officials reiterated to stay at least 25 feet away from any downed power lines and anything they touch is also considered live and dangerous.
