Temperatures will dip down into the teens Wednesday, but here's when you can expect the next 50-degree day.

METRO DETROIT, MI — It's been a relatively mild winter compared to previous years, but that doesn't mean we'll get by without a few blasts of cold. Consider Wednesday one of them.

Metro Detroit is in for a cold front Wednesday with the high only reaching the twenties and temperatures dropping down into the teens Wednesday night.

Expect some rain and snow following in the week, but a silver lining to start the weekend: 50-degree temperatures on Friday. Now that's a January we can live with.
