Hour Detroit Holds 5th Annual Downtown Living Tour

Tours of Detroit's premiere properties will be offered socially distanced, self-guided and even virtually.

DETROIT, MI — The fifth annual Hour Detroit Downtown Living Tour is this weekend, running from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.

This year's tour will be offered in a variety of ways due to the coronavirus pandemic, including socially distanced, self-guided tours as well as virtual experiences.

Hour Detroit will showcase luxury properties from 64 Watson, 104 Edmund Place, The Sherbrooke, Crystal Lofts, City Modern, Great Lakes Tower, Spinnaker Tower, and Alexander Real Estate Detroit's New Construction Hub featuring three ground-up developments including Fourth & Seldon at Midtown West and The Eleventh Corktown, according to a news release. In addition to property tours, guests can explore parks and public spaces including Beacon Park, Capitol Park, Campus Martius Park and Grand Circus Park.

The socially distanced, self-guided tour will begin at the Alexander Real Estate Detroit's New Construction Hub located in Beacon Park where guests will check-in and receive a tour program before heading out.

Extra safety precautions will be taken during the tour, including masks, hand sanitizing stations and adherence to all social distancing guidelines. Properties are not ADA accessible and no strollers are allowed.
