Man Dies After Crashing Vehicle Into MDOT Building: MSP
Troopers said that investigation into the incident showed the driver exited the highway, drove over a grassy area and into the building.
WAYNE COUNTY, MI — A man died Tuesday morning after crashing his vehicle into the Michigan Department of Transportation Taylor operations center in Taylor, according to Michigan State Police troopers.
Authorities said the crash took place around 2:10 a.m., with troopers being dispatched to 6510 Telegraph for reports of a vehicle that hit a building.

Troopers said that investigation into the incident showed the driver exited from westbound I-94 at Telegraph and drove across Telegraph Road over a grassy area and into the back of a building.
Firefighters from the Taylor Fire and EMS removed the man from the vehicle and attempted CPR, police said, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said it is possible the driver suffered a medical emergency prior to the crash.

The driver's name was not released. Police the investigation is ongoing.
