DETROIT — The home of the Detroit Lions is one of the best home field advantages in the NFL, according to a new poll.

ESPN asked 111 NFL players where are the toughest places to play in the league, and Ford Field cracked the top 10. Here's the ranking:

  1. GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium - Kansas City
  2. Lumen Field - Seattle
  3. U.S. Bank Stadium - Minneapolis
  4. Lincoln Financial Field - Philadelphia
  5. Highmark Stadium - Buffalo
  6. Caesars Superdome - New Orleans
  7. Empower Field at Mile High - Denver
  8. Lambeau Field - Green Bay
  9. Acrisure Stadium - Pittsburgh
  10. Ford Field - Detroit

The Lions are 6-2 at Ford Field this year, with their final home game and final game of the regular season this Sunday night against the Minnesota Vikings. Ford Field will be rocking Sunday night as the winner of that game wins the NFC North division and gets the No. 1 seed for the NFC Playoffs.

The Lions hosted two playoff games last year, which were the first playoff games ever at Ford Field since it was in 2002. The Lions won both games over the Los Angeles Rams and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
