METRO DETROIT — We could go from thunderstorms to snow this week as temperatures move up and down across the Detroit area, according to the National Weather Service.
The storms are expected to move into the Detroit area Wednesday evening when temperatures reach the upper 60s, according to the weather service.
As of Tuesday, forecasters do not expect any severe weather but warned the storms could produce strong wind gusts up to 30 miles per hour.

The rain will continue into Thursday when it can changeover into snow during the evening hours as temperatures fall below freezing across the region, according to the weather service.
Highs will climb back into the 50s Friday and linger through the weekend, according to the weather service.
