Storms Possible Across Detroit Area Tuesday: What To Know
Forecasters said some storms will be capable of producing heavy rainfall, small hail and strong winds up to 40 miles per hour.
Thunderstorms are expected to cross southeastern Michigan on Tuesday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
The storms will move into the region sometime in the afternoon hours when highs reach the low 60s, the weather service said.

The storms and rain showers will linger into Wednesday as cooler air moves into southeastern Michigan, the weather service said.
Highs across the region will fall into the low 50s Wednesday with on and off rain showers throughout the day, the weather service said.

More rain is possible Thursday before skies finally clear up, the weather service said.
Forecasters expect highs to stay in the 50s through the weekend.
