Top Chef Casting In Detroit This Month

Bravo Seeks Cooking Talent For Season 16

Top Chef is coming to Detroit this month, hoping to cast local chefs for the Bravo series’ upcoming season, according to the Detroit News. One of the show’s casting producers, Costa Nicolas, told the News he’s heard good things about the city.

“We will look at everyone’s submissions and are super excited to touch down in Detroit where we have heard the food scene is changing the way we eat,” said Nicolas.

Aspiring chef-testants should email Nicolas at CostaCasts@gmail.com. The casting director asks chefs to list their name, location, restaurant they work at, links to any social media accounts and a contact phone number. Costa is also interested in seeing photos of your food, so share those in the email, or be sure to include an Instagram link. Only chefs contacted by the show will audition in Detroit - there won’t be open casting sessions.
