County Commission Honors Former WXYZ-TV Reporter Bill Proctor
Proctor owns a public relations firm based in Farmington Hills.
Oakland County Commissioner Bill Dwyer, who represents portions of Farmington and Farmington Hills, recently presented former WXYZ-TV investigative reporter Bill Proctor with a proclamation celebrating Proctor's news career and recognizing his retirement.
After more than three decades with the ABC-TV affiliate station, Proctor now runs his own public relations firm, which is based in Farmington Hills.
