Vordak, the Incomprehensible Appears in Ann Arbor This Weekend

Farmington-based super villain Vordak, the Incomprehensible, and his creators Scott Seegert and John Martin will appear Saturday and Sunday at the 5th Annual Kids Read Comics! event at the Ann Arbor District Library.

Vordak series illustrator Martin said the event is a "digital detox", encouraging kids to step away from their computers and video games and immerse themselves in the world of comics.

The Dearborn Press & Guide reports that the free event will "introduce kids to worlds of imagination while unlocking their creativity with hands-on workshops; panels and demonstrations for kids, families, and educators ... ".
