The 3-year-old tabby cat left his home on the corner of Bermuda and East Lewiston in Ferndale through an open window on Saturday night.
"He is usually afraid of the outside as well as strangers. He has his back claws however is declawed in the front," owner Sarah Walton said. "He has bright green/yellow eyes. He is a mixture of brown, black, and grey. He loves cat treats and catnip."

Louis was not wearing a collar, Walton added.
