Car Reported Stolen in Plymouth Township
The following information was provided by the Plymouth Township and Canton Township police departments. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

responded Sept. 7 to the 9000 block of Fellows Hill Court for a report of a stolen vehicle, according to a police report.
The vehicle owner told police his leased 2013 black Ford Explorer had been stolen from his driveway, the report said.
The man told police the theft occurred between 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 6 and 9:15 a.m. on Sept. 7, the report said.

The man told police he usually keeps a key under his seat, and wasn’t sure if he had locked the vehicle before the theft, the report said.
Police entered the vehicle into their computer system as stolen, but did not find any evidence at the scene.

Catalytic converter stolen from vehicle in Canton
met Sept. 5 at the station with a woman reporting a catalytic converter stolen from her 2000 Chevy Malibu, according to a police report.
The vehicle owner told police she had parked her vehicle the night before at the 1500 block of Stacy, and at 3 p.m. the following day she noticed someone had cut out the catalytic converter. She told police she saw metal shavings beneath her vehicle, but found no other evidence, the report said. She told police she doesn’t know who might have taken the part from her car, the report said.
Police have no suspects.
