Constellium: CARES team members launched a month-long initiative to promote Breast Cancer Awareness and raise funds for Gilda's Club.

Constellium ordered pink tye-dye t-shirts and wristbands to promote breast cancer awareness. Shirts and wristbands were available to all employees, with donations appreciated but not required. Employees wore the t-shirts and wristbands every Thursday during the month of October to raise awareness. Katrina Studvent from Gilda’s Club also came to the plant to talk to employees about Breast Cancer Awareness.

More than 2000 Constellium employees between Van Buren and Plymouth in Michigan, White in Georgia, and the corporate office in Baltimore got pink tye-dye shirts and wristbands to wear every Thursday in October. Employees raised more than $1500 to donate to Gilda's Club, and Constellium matched all donations.
