To get employees into the Halloween spirit, global automotive supplier Constellium's Van Buren plant recently hosted a Trunk or Treat event as part of the company's Constellium CARES initiative. In advance of the event, employees were invited to sign up to supply a trunk and/or to bring their children to participate.

Ten employee vehicles were decorated and available for kids to trick or treat, while employees brought around 20 children in costumes to trick or treat. The first ten attendees received a special Constellium gift bag with candy and a Contellium beanie hat.

Plant Manager Alex Garcia said that this year’s event was a “good start” and hopes to make next year’s event even bigger, with bounce houses and more community involvement.
