Gas Stolen from Plymouth Township Mobil Station

Police said the man drove away without paying after pumping the gasoline.

Police responded to a report of gas being stolen on Aug. 12 from the Mobil Gas Station on Northville Road, according to a police report. 

The gas station attendant told police that a middle-aged bald man with a medium build stole $55.09 worth of gas, the report said.

The attendant said she turned on the pump for the man, and when he finished pumping the gas, he got into his 2012 or 1013 black Cadillac sedan and left without paying, the report said. 

Business grounds broken into

An unknown man in a truck cut the chain on the property fence at Plymouth Trailer and Storage on Aug. 12 around 2:45 a.m., according to a police report.

The manager said he saw video which showed the truck approach the entry gate, where the man got out and cut the chain, then entered onto the property, the report said.

The man and truck left around 4:10 a.m., but the manager  said he didn't notice anything missing, the report said.

The manager told police that when people break in, they park int he southwest corner of the proprty and walk to the scrap yard, the report said.
