Glass Panes Broken by Golf Balls at Plymouth Township Green House

Police say, the golf balls broke three panes of glass and ripped the plastic covering.

On Sept. 13, Sparr Green House reported that golf balls broke three panes of glass on the roof of the building, according to a police report.

The golf balls also ripped holes in the plastic sheet that covers the glass, the report said. 

The owner told police that they have been finding golf balls on the property for past two weeks. He also said that a golf ball hit the building as an employee was walking out last week, the report said.

The owner was not sure which direction golf balls coming from, according to the report.

The total damage will cost approximately $290, according to the report.

Police interviewed a resident on Hackberry, who said he hits golf balls in his backyard, but only about 15 yards in distance and not in the past month and a half, the report said.
