A group of hackers <a href="http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-501465_162-57509744-501465/godaddy-goes-down-anonymous-claims-responsibility/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">shut down GoDaddy.com, a popular web hosting service Monday</a>, taking down local preschool <a href="http://branchlineschool.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Branch Line School's website</a> in the process, according to an email by Patch reader Bri Mason. An Internet domain lookup indicated Branch Line School's website is hosted by GoDaddy.com. The website currently is operational again after briefly being inaccessible Monday. Patch reader Bruce Koldys also reported one of his websites being down. He wrote in an email that his site, <a href="http://villazorayda.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">villazorayda.com</a>, was inaccessible for some time on Monday. "I received notice from my cousin in Florida who is the owner of the museum," he wrote. He said he works on the website remotely from Michigan. CBS reports that the hacking of GoDaddy.com resulted in millions of websites being shut down.
