3 Dead In Wrong-Way Crash On M-14 In Plymouth Township: Police
Police do not know if drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, MI — Three people are dead after a crash Wednesday morning on Michigan 14 at Gotfredson Road in Plymouth Township, according to Michigan State Police.
A 2024 Nissan Rogue was moving the wrong way on eastbound Michigan 14 and took the Gotfredson exit ramp where it smashed head-on with a 2020 Tesla that was entering the freeway, according to police.
The Tesla driver, a 53-year-old man from Munich, was killed in the crash, according to police.

A 31-year-old Battle Creek man, who was driving the Nissan and a 27-year-old Battle Creek woman, who was a passenger in the Nissan were also killed in the crash, according to police.
The crash caused the Tesla to catch fire, which firefighters were still trying to extinguish Wednesday morning, according to police.
