NB I-275 In Plymouth-Canton To Close This Weekend For Road Work

PLYMOUTH-CANTON, MI — Northbound Interstate 275 between Interstate 94 and 5 Mile Road will close this weekend for road work, state officials said Monday.

Construction crews will repair pavement failures and potholes on the freeway, which will close Friday though Sunday. All entrance ramps to northbound Interstate 275, including Ecorse Road, Michigan Avenue, Ford Road, Ann Arbor Road and eastbound Michigan 14 will be closed due to the road work.

Drivers can take eastbound Interstate 94 to northbound Southfield Freeway to westbound Interstate 96 to get back onto northbound Interstate 275 north of 5 Mile Road, state officials said.
