When you look at Workman Elementary School’s new Student Support Coordinator’s experience, one word comes to mind: Versatile!

Mr. Earl Kirkpatrick was a great find for the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools.  His family recently relocated to Michigan from his native Oklahoma, and the position at Workman provided the perfect landing place for this experienced teacher and school administrator.

Mr. Kirkpatrick started his career as a middle school teacher, but he has done far more than that.  He is a longtime coach and has taught many subjects including business and long term life skills.  He also has been an assistant principal and principal at all grade levels.  But this well-versed leader has also managed a radio station and was a program director for a YMCA camp.  And he has instructional certifications in more than a dozen areas.  He even has a Chauffeur's Licence and can legally drive a school bus.

Mr. Kirkpatrick holds a marketing degree from Oklahoma City University and a Masters’ Degree in Education Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
