School Board, City Council and More Things You Should Know This Week

• The Utica Community Schools Board of Education meets on Monday at 7 p.m. at the Intructional Resources Center. The agenda has not been released.

• Patriot Day is on Wednesday. The holiday is observed each year in honor of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on the United States.
