Masked Men Arrested After Robbery Attempt in Shelby Township

The would-be robbers were nabbed by police soon after, according to WXYZ.

Two armed men clad in Halloween costume masks stormed into a Shelby Township 7/Eleven early Friday morning. 

Three people were arrested soon after the unsuccessful holdup around 5 a.m. at the 22 Mile and Hayes convenience store, according to Channel 7

Quick-thinking employees stalled the would-be thieves and one clerk even chased them out before police arrived. Officers found someone who was allegedly serving as look-out and then found the two suspects hiding in a nearby home, the station reports.
