New Funeral Home to be Built North of Randazzo Fresh Market
Macomb Township authorized its legal counsel June 13 to sign a consent judgment that will allow Carriage Funeral Services of Michigan to build a funeral home on Hayes Road.
on Hayes Road will soon have neighbors to the north after Macomb Township approved a funeral home's plans.
The property is currently owned by Carriage Funeral Services of Michigan, and a Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home is expected to be built on the site in the near future.
Township trustees authorized township attorney Lawrence Dloski on June 13 to sign the consent judgment that will allow construction to move forward. The property was previously developed for a shopping center, but plans were never finalized and the property sold to Carriage.

The new funeral home will be built on the southeast corner of Kingsway Drive and Hayes Road. It is unknown when construction will begin.
