UPDATE: Utica Community Schools Closes Schools on Monday and Tuesday

The city of Utica also issued a snow emergency Sunday.

Hey, kids. Your winter break just got extended a day.

Utica Community Schools will be closed Tuesday due to the snowstorm that could leave as much as a foot of snow over southeast Michigan. Classes were also canceled on Monday.

Shelby Township and Utica both issued a snow emergency Sunday.
