Eagle Scout Owen Hall Honored by St. Clair Shores City Council

South Lake freshman Owen Hall led the City Council Monday in the Pledge of Allegiance before receiving a proclamation for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.

Hall, who has been a South Lake student since elementary school, completed a landscaping project in the courtyard on the high school grounds for his Eagle Scout project.

The project also came in under budget, and he donated the remainder of the money to the high school.
