Lakeview Swimmers Coast Past Warren Mott

Kasandra Kaplan, Paris Dimick and Marisa Shock each win two events for the Huskies.

The girls swimming team won all 11 events and rolled to a 116-53 victory over Warren Mott on Tuesday.

Kasandra Kaplan, Paris Dimick and Marisa Shock each won two events for the Huskies.

Kaplan prevailed in the 100-meter butterfly with a time of 1:20.68 and the 100 backstroke (1:22.62); Dimick took the 50 freestyle (30.01) and 100 breaststroke (1:29.25); and Shock captured the 200 free (2:30.22) and 400 free (5:32.16).

Other individual winners for Lakeview were Micha Thompson in the 200 individual medley (3:06.21) and Megan Palazzolo in the 100 freestyle (1:07.83).

The Huskies also swept the three relay events.

The team of Palazzolo, Thompson, Kaplan and Samantha Alarie won the 200 medley relay in 2:28.47

Dimick, Thompson, Alarie and Shock prevailed in the 200 freestyle relay in 2:10.61, and Shock, Kaplan, Dimick and Palazzolo won the 400 free relay in 4:44.03.
