Winter Storm Closes Schools in St. Clair Shores
Area public and private schools including Lake Shore, Lakeview and South Lake are also closed.
Students in St. Clair Shores will have a three-day weekend after a night of snow.
Schools closed due to inclement weather Friday morning include:
- Assumption Nursery School
- Lake Shore Public Schools
- Lakeview Public Schools
- South Lake Schools
- St. Germaine School
- St. Isaac Jogues Catholic
- St. Joan of Arc
Lakeshore YMCA Child Care Center will have a delayed start and will open at 8 a.m. Friday.

Additionally, the pep rally at Lake Shore High School has been rescheduled for Thursday, February 14, which is the last day before mid-winter break. The Snowcoming dance will still take place on Saturday. Also, Saturday school is still scheduled for Saturday morning.
