NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT, TAXABLE VALUATION AND PROPERTY CLASSIFICATION will be mailed out by February 16, 2022

2022 MARCH Board of Review

Notice is hereby given that the March Board of Review for the City of Trenton will be held in City Hall, 2800 Third St. where the Board will sit in review the following dates & times:

Tuesday, March 15th, Thursday, March 17th, & Friday, March 18th

Open: 9am to Noon & 1pm to 4pm

Wednesday, March 16th & Tuesday March, 22nd

Open: 3pm to 9pm

Assessment appeals will be accepted in person or by mail. Appeals by mail must be received before the end of Board of Review hearings March 22, 2022. If you are mailing your appeal, a State Tax Commission form L-4035 must be completed by the property owner or the owner's authorized agent and submitted to the board at the time of the appeal.

If additional meetings are necessary for the purpose of decisions related to hearings held on the above dates, such decision sessions shall be held only as needed at 9am or 1 pm Monday through Friday March 16-20th and shall be posted conspicuously.
