We have a rundown on things to know today.
- There is a slight chance that we may see rain showers after 5 p.m. today, other than that, this day is looking pretty good. The National Weather Service is calling for partly sunny skies with a high near 78 degrees and gusts up to 18 mph. The possibility of rain increases overnight with a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 8 p.m. and a low around 69 degrees.
- In recognition of Trenton's rich hockey traditions, we bring you the Hockey Term of the Day: center face-off circle, a circle, measuring 30 feet in diameter, at the center of the ice where the puck is dropped in a face-off to start the game and to restart the game after a goal has been scored. - There is a Trenton Board of Education meeting today at 6 p.m. at the Board of Education Building. Recent retirees of Trenton Public Schools will be recognized at the start of the meeting.
