Here are highlights of the agenda for Monday's Trenton Board of Education meeting at 6 p.m.

Here are some highlights of Monday's meeting to be held at 6 p.m. in the Board of Education building, 2603 Charlton Road.

  • The board will recognize Wendy Tsakiris, teacher at R. C. Hedke Elementary School, as the May 23, 2011, recipient of the district's for a school employee.
  • Recognition of students elected as school board trustees in conjunction with Student Government Day.

The following students were selected as school board trustees for Student Government Day held May 11, 2011:  Lena Arnaout, Kodie Boshell, Charles Neubecker, Kacey Stevens, Alana Takacs, Sarah Wilder, and Danielle Zervos.

  • AdvancED Accreditation report presentation.

Ann Deneroff, director of curriculum, will make a PowerPoint presentation on AdvancED Accreditation for the Trenton Public Schools.
